
1 Starfruit, deveined
1/4 cup orange liqueur
ice
1/2 cup rum crystale
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 Starfruit, sliced for garnish
Blend all ingredients except for garnish. Garnish with a slice of starfruit.
For a brunch or breakfast cocktail, add some soda or champagne.

2 bottles champagne, chilled
32 oz apple cider, chilled
3 jars maraschino cherries with juice
Mix in large punch bowl. Serve chilled, put bowl inside another bowl filled with ice.
2 oz vodka
1 oz Godiva chocolate liqueur
ice
cocoa for dusting
Shake all ingredients and strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with cocoa.
As a variation, use 1 oz each of vodka, white chocolate liqueur and chocolate liqueur.
juice of 1 key lime or daiquiri lime
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup rum
ice
1 mango, peeled and sliced
banana slices, for garnish
Blend all ingredients but garnish. Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of banana

1 banana, peeled and cut up
2 mangoes, cut into spears and frozen (I cut up mangoes this way and
store them in the freezer for this purpose)
1 cup milk (any fat content you like)
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until thick and creamy. Pour into a milkshake glass and garnish with a tropical flower.
1 part rum
1 part Coco Lopez
2 parts pineapple juice (or juicy pineapple chunks, frozen)
ice (none if using frozen pineapple)
Blend all ingredients and pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh pineapple and/or a flower blossom. Pour 1 teaspoon full bodied rum on top.

1 cup sugar
4 cups water
12 whole cloves
4 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
2 tablespoons minced ginger root
8 cups cranberry-apple juice cocktail
2 cups orange juice
1 cup fresh lemon juice
In large saucepan, combine sugar, water, cloves, cinnamon and sugar. Mix until sugar dissolves. Bring to boil, simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 1 hour. Strain into cranberry cocktail, orange juice and lemon juice. Chill or serve hot.
